Imagine sprawling marsh views, wildlife you didn't think possible, and beautiful sunrises you won't mind waking up early to view. Approximately 45 minutes south of Charleston, SC are two islands so picturesque and relaxing that all of those things are possible.

Kiawah Island was named by USA Today Travel the "Happiest Seaside Town". The Sanctuary, an upscale resort hotel and spa, attracts thousands of visitors each year to this southeastern travel destination.

Seabrook, just minutes away from Kiawah, is also a popular vacation spot. The island offers the Seabrook Island Resort, as well as many different styles of vacation home rentals for visitors looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. The Island has many different biking and walking trails, as well as a shopping center with delicious restaurants and marina views.

Just before the security check point at Kiawah, and around the corner from Seabrook, is Freshfield's Village. At Freshfield's you will find many unique and one-of-a-kind stores. Newton Farms, a unique grocery store, and many other local shops including Java Java (creatively crafted coffee shop) Indigo Books, Vincent Drugs (an old fashioned soda fountain) and many other local name boutiques and shops welcome visitors and shoppers from all over. Freshfield's Village has many great restaurants for visitors to enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner out.

You don't have to take our word for it, visit for yourself! You won't be sorry. Want to move to Seabrook or Kiawah? Check out these great homes for sale.
