The lot is almost half a acre, you have plenty of room to ""spread your wings!"" One of the double windows in the sunroom was removed and the sliding glass door and 11x12 elevated deck were added in 2016. What a awesome deck it is to enjoy some grilling and chilling!!! Electrical receptacle and porch light was also installed when the deck was added. The overhanging trees give some incredible shade that is sure to please. Upstairs there are 3 guest rooms and a guest bath. All walls, trim and ceilings were painted in 2016. The master bedroom is HUGE!!! A California King, nightstands, multiple chest of drawers and additional pieces will fit! The ensuite is very nicely sized with 3 separate areas. The first is where the linen closet is with the sitting vanity, double vanity vessel bowl sinks and granite counter top are located. The double sinks, vanity light, sink water fixtures and granite were added in 2016. The master closet is gigantic and you'll love it!! The old closet was completely ripped out and redesigned by the owner. This includes 7 different clothing rack areas (one designated for dresses), laundry basket area and a floor to ceiling shoe rack. The garden tub/shower area includes the commode and has room for additional furnishings or sitting bench. The entire HVAC unit was replaced in Nov 2017 with a HEIL system and should still include 8 years of warranty on the parts and compressor from the manufacturer.
