Buy in Mt Pleasant for Under $500k

Have you heard?  The Charleston real estate market is back... that is a fact.

Year-to-date, we've closed 22% more sales over last year with about an 8% increase in average price!  These hotcakes aren't staying on the market long either.... homes have been selling 25% faster than last year  - less than 3 months on the market - which favorably contributes to our shrinking inventory... Currently we have about 6 months on-hand based on a revolving scale (in our darkest days, we had closer to 13 months on hand).  Quite a different picture from the recent past for sure and although interest rates have seen an upward tick, they are still hovering at historical lows, making lending a very attractive option.
