Downtown Charleston Fire Seems to be Contained

A fire broke out in the early morning hours in a downtown building on East bay Street where firefighters fought to contain the blaze for over 4 hours.  Fire has been distinguished as of now but roof has collapsed and experts are now questioning structural integrity of building.
