Just a quick summary for you to help illustrate where the "sweet spot" for sales seems to fall year-to-date in the Charleston area...
The majority of closed sales seem to fall $400k and under thus far and the good news is that overall, we are up 15% over last year.
An excellent indication that our pace is trending in the right direction.
